When Experience counts...
With over 30 years of experience and over 100 Marathons and Ultras under the belt, the running programmes that I put together are tailor made, with your current fitness level, goals and experience taken into consideration.
A long running career starts with careful planning, attention to detail and appropriate training to sustain your health, mind, body and longevity on the road.
I began my running journey in 1985, at the age of 19, with my first marathon, followed by Comrades the same year. It was a sharp learning curve without too much guidance. Over the years, I have learnt through trial and error, gaining knowledge by experience and from sharing with other runners. You can avoid the pitfalls and difficulty by having a custom built running programme to help you achieve your running goals.
To date, I have completed 32 Buffs Marathons, 29 Two Oceans Ultra's, 16 Comrades Ultra Marathons, 9 Elac/PG Bison Marathons, 9 Bongola Marathons and 6 Washie 100 Milers, 10+ Surfers Challenge, 10+ Cabbage Patch and various others. All this experience added to the relevant qualifications, puts me in a position to help others to do the same. Let me help to guide you through your running journey.

The Ultimate Goal, your first 100 miler. This takes careful planning and preparation and with years of experience, we can help you!

5km Training Programme @ R250 (8wk schedule)
10km Training Programme @ R500 (10wk schedule)
21km Training Programme @ R750 (12wk schedule)
42km Training Programme @ R1 000 (14wk schedule)
56km Training Programme @ R 1 250 (16wk schedule - Two Oceans)
89km Training Programme @ R1 500 (18wk schedule - Comrades)
160km Training Programme @ R1 750 (20wk schedule - Washie 100 Miler)
Additional consulting/coaching will be charged @ R250p/hr.
A short training eBook will be included with all schedules!!
MONTHLY COSTS FOR ONLINE COACHING/CONSULTING
R500pm with weekly contact via email/whatsapp/video calls
Should you pay 3 to 6 months in advance, you will receive discounted rates
Pre-Screening & Athlete Survey forms will need to be completed before compiling your new training schedule
